Hotel Marigold- Sitapura

The food is very good and the staffs were also very good. The rate of the hotel is slightly expensive. For me I paid near 5000/- per day. Then also there was no complimentary breakfast.

Regarding the rate per day, I feel too expensive for this.Especially no compliment break fast.

One should take ID of 1 family member only , taking address ID of all members feels irrelevant when u are coming with Family.

The staff is very organised and very friendly, every part of my stay was excellent, they have all the servyyou need in the house, you don't even need to worry about laundry dry clean shoe polish food bar groceries everything they have got covered, it's a great place to relax, I was there for an exam and all my headache about stay and arrangements was taken care by the hotel, water pressure in shower was just perfect, bathrooms were clean

Only thing I didn't like was the pool, a lot of birds were drinking water from the rooftop pool and ut was not heiginic, they need to install a net of some kind, they really need to improve the rooftop pool

Everything especially the person handles the restaurant whose name is Karthik his caring was outstanding.

I was very happy but got disappointed when I want to reduce one day of my staying from my total three days of staying. The person told me it’s not possible to adjust my advance payment to my restaurant bills which was almost more than my advance payment. Unfortunately I lost one day’s rent for early checkout which was more than 24 hours.

Room was decent, Cleanliness could have been better though was ok. The staff were courteous and smiling.

Hotel was changing rates on Booking.com and last day it was available at a nearly a 50% lower rate than what I initially booked. Their AC was switching off every time you left the room making it very hot when you came back in.

The staff is very cordial and helpful, the food is good.The location is excellent for business traveller.

The mattresses are old and sunken it.

Pool

There was no water in taps to take shower. Hotel was informed but they didn’t care about it. Refused to resolve and staff was very unprofessional.

High priced compared to quality of service. Staff untrained. Location is excellent, clean and very nice staff

Nice enough, staff tried to assist and be helpful, however there was lots of issues, the shower water was Luke warm at best, the room was a fair size, each time we ordered room service there was something missing or the order was incorrect. Some of the reception staff tried to do their best, the front security staff were nice and friendly and always happy to help with a taxi, directions or places, I’m talking about the two guys who did the night shift of the front gate/security hut, also the Indian lady who was in charge of housekeeping was very helpful and professional especially when we had an issue with the rooms not being attended to, she is an asset to this place, otherwise a bit disappointing with hotel appearing dated, the decking around the swimming pool needs securing,sanding and restraining, this hotel needs a hands on approach from management to direct the staff in the right direction and everywhere could do with a fresh paint and clean up.

Location is good, room was spacious. Bathroom requires maintenance as shower was hanging and bathroom shelf was also hanging 180degree

Noisy at times, phone bells from adjacent rooms are as if it's ringing in our room. We could hear even when people talking normally in their room and corridor.And food was below average. I am not sure if it was during our stay because people wrote good reviews about the food. Their so called "in-house" baking required some serious knowledge and skill upgrade (although I noticed kids and some grown-ups were enjoying the sugary items) we were also offered brownie with ice cream to try and give review about it and we gave our honest opinion and I hope the consider it seriously. The lamb dish we ordered had 4 mini bites of lamb piece with at least 250 grams of gravy.And yes, PLEASE take off the plastic grass carpet from the lawn and put some real grass, you are lucky to have a space like that to make use of it.

Cleanliness in room.

Not providing sealed cap water bottles after day 1. I wasn't informed and clarified that breakfast was not included in the room.charges.The staff can practice better hygiene practices while serving food for in room dining

Much about nothing, no value for money.

Service, key cards malfunctioned repeatedly, receptionist was rude, said that keys will obviously fail if kept with mobile, I asked him not to judge or draw wild assumptions, I know this and I keep the card in wallet, away from my mobile. Breakfast was not good, not fresh, unhygienic and unclean, no cutlery on tables. Room amenities poorly stocked, toilet handwash liquid was really bad, shower gel and shampoo smelled like stale. Towels were stained. Carpets in the passage to the room smelled like rotten fish. Water flow in faucets and shower was erratic, fluctuating. Drinking water bottles placed in the room were too small, the hotel seemed to be cutting cost on everything. Tea kit in room had bad tasting tea.

The dining is exorbitantly costly..do not eat .. just for daal chawal it costs around 700.. rather explore in Jaipur and or order by swiggy or Zomato

How ridiculous it is to ask us judge the breakfast when it is not provided by the facility and we have pay around 1000
